Over time
You can change the world
But the world simply
Cannot change time
Every second
Is blissfully interesting
Every minute
Is thought-provoking
Every hour
Is extraordinary
Every day
Is a new journey awaiting
Why we are truly here
No one can prove
So it simply remains
Your history
A mystery
And a blessed gift

No, I think this avenue is a good one for you. I like this better than any ot the others I have read of your. This is much more than just a poem by an angst-filled teenager. The is a real poem with a productive message. I think you hit the right track here.
