~Darkened Road~

Contributed by LoelIntrepid on Monday, 2nd August 2004 @ 02:49:18 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

~My hands are numb all feeling lost as I wait in patience for what time has forgot~
~I see no light for darkness is all that I am, by this I am free from all things I have yet to understand~
~My beleifs come alive in tha thoughts you wish to hide in likeness of tha entrapping doom of tha grave that so
envelopes your soul to dust~
~So are my thoughts for which I shall not intrust, like a shadow casted dream comes memories of tha past
while my will becomes shattered like that of broken glass~
~Tha gates of death comes to me with each passing breath, I proclaim no alliance with man nor gods for I so
do not desire their rewards~
~Tempt me they may though I stand alone, a dark dream is what I know, fear I will never show and a unsettling
heart weighs heavy as I close my eyes to then become nothing more~
