Anticipation
of whats to come
knowing it's almost here
everything
about to crash
on my head
dreading its longing
excited, It's close at hand
never want to see it here
hating the effect
It has on everyone
around me
I'm sorry for the choices
I'm sorry for the feelings
I have hurt
on my way
never seeing what it was
doing to everyone
while I tried
to make everyone happy
I'm sorry
for my attempt
at actually being
happy
