"SENDING YOU A RAINBOW"
I'm sending you a rainbow, Kie
One arched half circle of love, way up high!
When life floods your heart with teardrops
Tiny rainbows in each and every drop.
Reflections from the sun's rays
Beautiful thoughts in colors conveys.
In each life "rain" will always fall,
Rainbow's promises to enthrall!
Look to the memorable rainbow for hope
It's example for you to cope.
Weathering the storms anew.
Materializes, after the storm is through!
So, I'm sending you a rainbow of hope, Kie.
It's all right to mourn and cry.
Teardrops found in each eye.....
Millions of tiny rainbows untie!
When the sun suddenly appears,
Then the rainbow disappears......
May Life's Sunshine of happiness,
Dissipate all your sadness, leaving only gladness!

I told myself firmly that I was not going to cry.
So here I sit crying and I can't find adequate words to thank you ConSue. Many times you've reached out to me, lifted my spirits and been so loving. Unselfishly you give everything you have and then you give more.
I've always been fond of rainbows. When I was a little girl I tried many times to catch them and place them in my sand bucket when the sprinkler was on. I could never catch one but it was enough to see the rainbow and feel the mist on my fingers.
I loved the quote about the angels and the rainbow being God's smile.
If you ever need me for any reason I am here for you.

Kie, tears are a way to cleans the body. It's ok to be sad. I hope these rainbows sent from your loving friends will help you through your time of need.

I too have always loved rainbows, they always seem to convey hope and the magic that is Gods love.

| I liked this poem a lot, the pictures are great too. Kye, you are a good person and it seems that where ever I go, whatever poem I read, you've left a comment, you always want to make people seem happy with their current life and it is good that someone (consue) has done that for you. I hope you soon feel better, just wait for the sun to come again, but until then, look for the rainbows... |

Kie has been a good friend for a long time now, and I find it fitting that such a gorgeous poem is written for, and dedicated to, such a wonderful person. This is one of the most touching things i've ever read, and I hope that it can help to ease the pain...if even a little.

Kie, I too, have been off site for awhile. But a loss is a loss, and pain that is felt over that loss is always just that, pain. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss and highest hopes that you find solace in all your friends here. I'm not very good at words :o/ please excuse.
Consue, you have a heart as big as.......well there's just no comparison! Beautiful thoughts were sent to a friend with hopes of lifting a spirit.I'm sure that mission was acomplished, at least as much as can be at the moment. Again, not good with words. (egads!!) Peace to you both.

I never thought I would become a member to YPDC, I just loved to read poetry from this site, the poetry is so like gunpowder to each write, very explosive. Well, better late than never, and I wish I would have written down the names of the poems, I do recall some of the writers names:> I found this while looking at a disturbing set of comments, from a deleted poem:> amazing how I looked up to my right, and saw this most read poem. LOL, at first I thought it was my Rainbow Kirby lol, am I dreaming lol:>
