Denial 7/22/04
Ive never felt like this before
Yet I deny myself.
Youre my drugand Im needing more
Because I cant stop loving you.
Denying my heart,
Day after day
And Im falling apart
In so many ways
I have no escape,
Youre always on my mind.
Even in my sleep,
You are all I find
At the sound of your name,
It gets so hard to breath
I dont care about the fame,
Youre all that I need
To drown in your eyes,
Is the perfect disease
Mesmerized by your gaze,
My mind is at ease
The taste of your lips,
Is intoxicating me
Im drunk on your love,
Why cant you see?
Denial kills my soul,
Tearing me apart.
But worst of all,
Denial is shattering my heart
