if i could change the world
it would be a better place
there'd be no poverty
depression, discrimination of a race
you and me
we could live together
in a place with no hate
grow old together
if i could change the world
i would have to change too
would you still have said you loved me
if you didnt know what im going through?
if you saw a random girl
walk down the street
saw blood on her arm
from her one last retreat
would you take her to the side
and exress your love?
or would you walk on by
with a push and a shove
if i could change the world
that decision would already be made
before she used the knife
she was already saved
if i could change the world
and make it a better place
no one could be sad
there'd be a smile on every face
