I cry with the loss of another
day that has already passed
to know that the time I came to
visit you was my very last
I said goodbye and walked
out the door with tears glistening
in my eyes trying to hold them
back so you wouldn't see me
cry I didn't want you to know
that your death meant so much
I didn't want you to see how
much I hurt inside whenever I
sat and cried the days have passed
that you are gone with the thoughts
of your death and all that you have
left behind I cry now just thinking
of you another day has passed and
the pain is still strong.

Yes we cry, and we ask the question ...why....but as time goes on so do we.....we may marry and have children and live to see.......one turn away not wanting us to see them cry.
