I wish the world would just be quiet Everyone calm down and stop the riot Just listen to all the things that are around Maybe there is peace that could be found
The world is filled with hidden hymns Just listen to the tales of the big tree limbs There stories are just waiting to be told Theyre just dying to have them all unfold
Just give the world one small chance If you listen your mind will enhance There is so much that you could learn Everything has a story even the lonely fern
Listen to the wind through the trees Just stand still and feel the soothing breeze Let it fill your heart with warmth and caring It can stop your insides from tearing
The world is truly a beautiful place Then people came along and stole its grace Now the world is filled with agony and acid rain If only the world could tell of its pain

It does tell. The unenlightened simply do not hear. A very good write. An important message.
