Puffy cheeks, swollen eyes
Tale Tale signs of all his lies
Piece after piece of me dies
After the lowest lows and extreme highs-
He destroys me.
To hold me up just to let me fall
Gently ease through dishonesty when you call
Hugging my pillow and ranting to my wall
I hate the way it was everything or nothing at all-
He destroys me.
Today I lay on the floor in need
My wrists open waiting to bleed
Deception has planted the evil seed
My life or yours, only time for greed-
He destroys me.
Take it away, all my pain
Wash it down, down the drain
Forgiveness is easier under the rain
Friendship forever, violently slain-
He destroys me.

This is extremely sad. The pain is all here, very vividly painted. Five stars for the poem, and a prayer that the light of the uncounted starry host may light up your path sometime very soon.

Very sad and tragic.......remember tho.....there is someone between you and he. That someone is thee!!!
Don't ever let anyone you know ever destroy you. They have no right to rob you of your joy. and the can't......only you can do that!
Don't let him.......he's not worth it!

Yeah you for posting this!!!! It is raw emotion... I understand why you'd be hesitant to share this.
Painfully vivid... I honestly don't know how you managed it. I probably would have written "it hurts" and gotten stuck there. You did well and I'm glad you shared it.
Hoping the pain has eased...
