Every move i make
Every choice i choose
Every word that i say
Kills me and hurts you
Can you make it better?
Every voice i hear
Tells me to cut, cut, cut
Every hope i have
Is crushed by every thought i think
Can you make it go away?
Every scream
Every cut
Every word i write
Is for you
So you can see
What im trying to say
Can you silence me?
Can you stop me?
Can you read my words?
Can you save me? Can you? Can you do anything?

As a parent, this is tragic. It's one of those things ... if more parents would actually listen and I mean truly listen, perhaps some of us wouldn't grow up to be so messed up. And that is one thing I strive for, but sometimes it's hard since I'm still dealing with the angst of a teen myself (grew up WAY too fast)
