I could never offer gold
or say that together we'll grow old
I can only promise you face to face
you are the love I cannot replace
And I want you so much more
now than I ever did before
You are more than any dream
and I want you more than anything
My heart is what you've stolen
and I can't tell you in just one poem
But, everyday, I'll keep tryin'
and on you, I'll keep relyin' (hope you don't mind)
to hold me up, keep me straight
encourage me as I face fate
And as I grow, my love will, too
For you, I'll do all I can do
To make you happy, make you smile
and you'll see after a while
that we were meant to be together,
and by that, I mean FOREVER
