I wish I could return to the days that have now past.
The days of childhood innocence- they disappeared too fast.
When I had not seen evil, when Santa Claus was real.
When I was not yet introduced to all these things I feel.
I wish I could return to the days when I was strong.
When my days weren't such an effort; so painful and so long.
I wish I could go back inside the world that I once knew.
When dishonesty did not exist, when everything was true.
When people weren't so jealous, fake; when people were sincere.
When monsters and the boogey man were all that I did fear.
I wish I could go back to that, go right back to the start.
Before my eyes were opened and my heart was torn apart.
