my bones are heavy
already
the weather was fine
but I stayed in line
I kept the pace up
yet I I wanted a cup
being thirsty
I kept work'n for my empty- purcy
my arms are aching
hey I 'm not faking
the bag is pulling on my neck
-bloomin' heck
but the crop was full
I'm not talkin' bull
It's near the end
I can hardly bend
my arms are scratched
but my bodies still attached
the days finished from orange picking
home at last
and it is only quarter past!
