Lifes Virtue

Topic: Lifepoems

How will I go on
All my friends just wanna die
Letting life go on, letting time slip by
I don't blame them
This life was always meant to be hard
Others take it worse
Filling their lives with an eternal curse

Love one another and you'll be free
Whatever happens will be
No matter how it goes
You still won't see
Life is still full of woes
Well I can live all the same

Makes me sad, nothin I can do
I can try, but I still don't try enough
Meanings and morals, don't apply
Thoughts won't lie
Many a soul have been forgotten
Maybe they were meant to be
Tortured and cruel
They couldn't trick a fool

My only wish is to set you free
To see you smile another day
To forget the problems and the past
And maybe your happiness will last
Very few can live a life
Many perish before they've even begun
They're already blind, their life is already done

Don't hold back
Don't keep secrets
For the truth will set you free
Then you can see
What this is, What we are
And why life will take you so far

Enjoy what you got
Coz it's not gonna get better the way you are now
Don't forget this message
Let this be a blessing
And your last chance

Lifes Virtue
