Going through life
Shielding behind a colorful mask
Fixated with an artificial smile

Telling the world
Theres no need for romance
In your pathetic one person dance

Being so delusional
About what you really desire
Extinguishing all sparks before they become fire

Opening up your heart now
Is better late then never
Lest you regret it forever

Staring at me
Devoid of any expression
Are you listening to me even?
You!
Yes, you! The one in the mirror!
