sitting on my bed, the night is finally over.
time to raise my chin.
and get through another day
i have to find a way
to deal with all my struggles.
my life i love and learn,
my life i want i yearn..
to be the best i can
instead of feelin
down like i cant
feel
the ground
everytime i screw up
my life comes crashin in
how is it that i manage
to screw up all the time
every day
frustrated
need a new way.
time to walk the steps
in the neverending hall
time to take these steps
no time to stop or stall
dont slip or trip
too late i know i will
i always do
through and through.
i always do
fate finds me
so then the hall goes dark, time to rest my head.
watch the night fly by
as cry and cry ..a river of tears i shed
crying out for wisdom
crying out for hope...
help me i say
help me today
i say it i scream it
i shout it
i leave it
i write it
i try and try all day
but its never good enough for me
why wont anyone bother to help me.
