We sprinted through the streets And laughed at the sky And only let our mothers See us cry
Where did that time go? And why are we stuck here Where all our dreams might really come true And no Mom to wipe the tear

good ending. creative. i think this had a nice tone and atmosphere. i think it doesnt really have substance but it still seemed to be a pretty nice poem, nonetheless. |
