Ive given up, Ive lost all hope,
Ive run the bath, and used the soap,
The dirt and scars have slowly dried,
Growing deeper with the tears Ive cried,
Im at my finish, Ive ran my race,
I never won, came second place,
Secrets lurk, but my eyes cant see,
Lonely, old, un-pretentious me,
The mirror haunts my pleasant dreams,
I look to it and nothing seem,
I see a girl with fear in her eyes,
She always fails when she tries,
Shes holding a knife right to her wrist,
Her other hand clenched to a fist,
She brakes the glass, it shatters to the floor,
She is alone, no one saw,
Her bloody hand whipped across her face,
She walk to the bathroom with bloody trace,
She said no more would I feel this pain,
And cleft the knife into her vein,
She was crying now, but lustful tears,
It was over now, she had no fears,
She fell to the floor with a quiet end,
She left this world without a friend,
A bloody mess for all to see,
This heartbroken girl was lonesome... me
