I craned my neck
To see who it was
Oops! mistake
It was not you
I strained my ears
To hear your voice
Didn't sound quite right
It was not you
I hinted the smell
A near familiar odour
Could it be ?
It was not you
You are real in my heart
A phantom in existence
But
When I see you,
When I hear you,
When I smell you,
I will know
it's you alright.

| oi pa... phantom... LMAO!! there's this song by five iron frenzy called the phantom mullet... and that's the only thing i can think of right now. and considering i had somewhat of a mullet a little while ago, i find that hilarious. okee, i'll shuddup now. good write!! kudos! ;0) -daniel |
