~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ever since I was a little girl... Stories were told to me, Mostly by the Elders in town Some told really good mysteries. Through the years one story in particular, Would always keep me mesmerized... Told by the Eldest Woman there, She was so very wise. Her words to me were... When a person close his eyes for the last time A Newborn opens his eyes.
I often wondered about it, Could it really be true? All things in life have balance... The Planets, Land and Sea. So goes the Circle of Life for you and me As sure as the Wind will blow... After the Rain a blessed Rainbow, Giving all a Spectral Show. When a person close his eyes for the last time... A Newborn opens his eyes.
As the Seasons come and go... As the Tide goes from High to Low, The Sun rises in the East Always setting in the West. Trials will always come and go... Putting us to the test. Nothing new under the Sun All happenings from days long ago... So goes the Circle of Life As sure as the Sun will rise, At the final hour of closing our eyes... For the last time Somewhere in this world... A Newborn opens his eyes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So goes the Circle of Life!
