And tears of scarlet I shall shed
Tears fell from my eyes untill they bled
My sanity was thus stripped from me
If ever I held this thing called sanity
The thoughts of chivalry soon be dead
Till my heart can do nothing but dread
My belief that people are all somewhat good
Nothing but shattered, tattered, and misunderstood
People build you up to tear you down
Then leave you with nothing but a frown
People who make a mockery of the light
People who do nothing but fight
They are the scourges of this ground
They are nothing, but everywhere found
And tears of scarlet I thus shed
My mind shattered, and tattered, and there I bled
