My love, my friend,
I hope I have not hurt you,
For then I've hurt myself,
All I've ever wanted was to be true,
Your the one who gives me life and health,
I want to hold you close,
And save you from your fears,
Be there for you and wipe away your tears,
Kiss you to let you know I'm there,
Kiss you to let you know I care,
Can't be two places at once,
Cos I'm no super women,
I'm trying my best to be a friend,
I know sometimes you need me,
And I'm not where to be seen,
But I love you still can't you see,
A friend is all I've been,
I've tried my best,
And I always fail,
Now I've lost you,
It's all gone pale,
Without you why do I live,
I lived for you before,
Without you what is left to give,
I can't ask for anymore,
I'm handing over my life,
The Knifes what you should trust,
So I'll let it bleed and run with this knife,
And end with a mind full of lust,
I want you to see how much I loved you,
I want you to see how much I cared,
Take this crimson knife to keep,
And when you see it don't even weep,
I didn't serve you well as a friend,
So my life was always to end,
But take the knife and wash the blood,
So it will never be used again...

Wow this sounds like my poem Bloodshed Of My Heart, but in prose form. So of course I can relate, and love it! (the poem) not the pain behind it.

There is a lot of pain in this poem. I know how its like to lose a dear friend and as someone told me life is full of pain but the single joy is worth it. Trust me its the way you look at life that determines wether its good or bad. You are very talented, please dont let it go to waste, I'd like to read more of your beatiful work.
