You
The mother of mine
You have lived a life
Just like mine.
You've had the troubles
You's had the pain.
From all of that you have gained.
You look at me
And hate to see
The troubles I have
The pain I go through.
Because you've een there and you've seen
How difficult life can be.
I see your worry
I feel your care
But lifes a chance
I gotta take the dare.
I'll be safe
And let you know
How everythings going to go.
Let me take this step
Into this life of mine.
So I can show you
How good you've done
And raise my kids just the same.
