I never thought i had to say goodbye
but you left me with no choise
and all i did was cry
cuz leaving my only friend
would bring me down
but i never knew
i was never true to you
did you only want me
to help you understand your life
did you only want me
till it got better
did you only wanna make someone hurt
by letting them go
without even saying why
but where are you now
you made me hurt
you made me cry
and you made me think
you were the only friend
in my life
well let me tell you what
i never wanted
to say goodbye
cuz you were there for me
you made me believe in you
and its true i did
but you let me down
and where are you now

but i guess
i was wrong
cuz you arent here
and i opend my heart
for you
and you took it out
and never gave it back
did you really want me
as a friend
did you want me there
through thick and thin
i dont think so
cuz where are you now
when i need you the most

Is this a song?... oh well either way song or poem... it was very well written and flowed very nicely.. im sorry about your so called friend though... no one should feel any pain or the recurring question of "why"... there will b others though... until then... keep up the good work

having a friend leave is one of the most awful things in the world, especially when you don't understand why they are leaving. i hope you stand up under this and remember that if they left you they weren't worthy of you anyway.
good write and i hope you gain some really close good friends soon. |
