Hidden Love
When we're alone
You act as if you care
When in public
Why even dare
You say you want to be with me
Then why are you ashamed
I know I'm not perfect
Why am I to be blamed
Your not perfect either
I wish I could make you see
Your not what others
Crack you up to be
But I love you for who you are
Not the things you say and do
You may not always show it
But I know you love me too
