When you hide your frustration
You gather more
The more u gather
The more there is to hide
The more there is to hide
The greater the wall
The greater the wall
The greater the obstacle to get round
Then it all starts al over again
Its the cycle of life
Who really knows?
Why people allow this to happen
They get all caught up in it
See no way out
Are they scared of life?
And what it will bring you?
Are they just to frighten by everything?

yup i try to hide it and even when i don't it builds a wall but the wall does break, and it has recently...

What a powerful poem. Everyone will choose to hide over fighting their frustration but it never works out unless there is a vent for you frustration.
