its a feeling of agony, unrest
where your mind just sits and festers
aging as each second pass
watching the image your own shadow cast
cast upon the empty floor
sitting there expecting it to do more
something exciting, something entertaining
and as you sit there waiting
you realize it is a reflection of yourself
