Why did I let you inside my life
How could I let you inside my mind, my soul, my brain
Now I cant make you go away
Why cant I get you out
How can you get in and cause such anger, sorrow, and pain
I still cant make you go away
Why are you still here
Why are pictures of you still hauting, taunting, causing dismay
Why wont you just go away
Why did it have to be this way
You once made me feel warm, good, and gay
And you still wont go away
Why did I let you inside my defenses
Free to cause my mind to break down, crumble, and fray
Now you will never go away
Maybe thoughts of you will always stay
