Some place
Some place where time doesn’t exist
Some place where I can drown in bliss
Some place where stars match brightness with your eyes
Some place- where I can fantasize
Where blood no longer is of importance
In this shallow world we live
Where my heart can stop
But my soul will still give
Where the waters that once drowned me
Now purify my being
Where the storm that once surrounded me
Has diminished to a whispering
Where the knives that pricked me
And had me drip with pain
Where the needles stabbing into me
Have all dissolved into the rain
Where my tears cant be seen
Because there is no need for them at all
Where I can stand on solid ground
And feel like I belong
Some place ….just some place
Some place that will never be
Some place….just some place
Whose desire lives so secretly within me.
