MY poetry!!!

I write poetry thats what I do,
I'm also a mother of two,
I've been writing poetry since I was small,
I even have some hanging on my wall,
I put my feelings down with paper N' pen,
some how that makes it feel better then,
I have a wonderful husband,hes a great guy,
He olds me when theres days I want to cry,
But poetry is what makes me heal,
it's my inner emotions on how I feel,
I have written poem for friends & family,
who can't find those words than they call me,
I enjoy writing it sooths the soul,
and some have even been sold.
So to all you poets who are on this site,
You know what I mean,when I say it helps to write!!!!!

| This is so very true. Writing poetry is a type of therapy for many people, some just dont understand. The people that see this site and see this poem WILL understand though. As long as it helps you out, then thats all that really counts. Keep it up!!! |
