Look for your dreams
When the moonlight first is seen.
After all the whispers and bad dreams start to come,
Ill be running to you desperately.
When the sky turns black and your fears set in,
When the silence is reassuring, almost comforting.
Is when youll know the end has just begun.
When you wish for what youve already had
Unappreciated and abused constantly.
When the anger makes you do crazy things,
Leaving you unpleased with whats been done.
When the words you say are meaningless and carefree
Youll know that honesty and happiness
Is nothing more than a childhood dream.
Everything youve hoped for
And
Everything youve dreamed
Has all been wasted time.
Say good-bye to your dreams.
No one can be honest or say what they mean.
I hate to be crude,
But name one damn thing
That has been everything you have ever wanted
And you were able to receive.
Theyre talking ***** when they say,
Its just because you have to work for your dreams.
Have you ever seen a miracle?
Well Ive had shattered dreams,
Is that good enough to make people satisfied?
Everyones unpleasant and cooks up things,
Which they then try to live with,
Knowing someone else is suffering
Doesnt seem to matter to those whove already realized:
Theres no such thing as dreams.
