Theres no way to explain how I love you so
Its something you will never know
Its killing me to see you do this to yourself
This is badly effecting your health
You dont know how its hurting me now
I cry for you and hurt for you
Im so worried and scared for you
You dont know what its putting me through
Why are you doing this? I cant stand anymore
What are you doing this for?
You dont understand, and how it makes me feel
To know I can never help your wounds heal
You dont see me, Im nothing real
It seems like your rejection my help
You wont even try, Do you want to die?
Like I said before
And I cant explain this more
If you died then I would too
I cant live in this world without you
But I dont know what to do
I want to give up, But i wont, I cant
Even if its the last thing I do
Im going to help you live through
I wish you would give me a glance
I just want one chance
But that will never happen
Its something I will always imagine
We will always be friends, nothing more, nothing less
Not to me, But its for the best
So please dont be sad all the time
If your not happy ill never rest,
Now even in death

You said it all and very elegantly too, have been in that spot on only one end......and sometimes we don't have a choice....it is better to be a friend to the end.
