I hide & my insecurities & fears seek,
I run as everyday do I feel increasingly weak,
My fears know exactly where to look,
Its as if they have written my book.
Hiding in the shadows keeping low,
Theres no point because they already know,
Where Ill be & they seek me out,
Theyll always win that I dont doubt.
This game I am not destined to win,
Some days I dont know where to begin,
Theres a thick fog in front of my eyes,
In the distance my soul often cries.
I pray that my fears this time wont find,
But its as if they can read my mind,
They come from out of nowhere,
I hold my breath, to breathe I dont dare.
If I shut my eyes maybe theyll go,
But that wont happen for certain I know,
I am desperate to let go of my insecurities & fears,
That have plagued me for too many years.

That is a terrific poem pixie, that I know I can most certainly relate too. Conquering fear and insecurity isn't easy to do ... But it can be done. I have faith that you can do it.
