I feel like a broken angel
falling from the sky
floating in a sea of azure
trying not to cry.
I feel like I have a broken wing
unable to really fly
lost and always searching
always saying goodbye.
I feel like I'm in some broken land
asking no one why
never quite touching down
just waiting here to die.
I feel like a broken angel
trying to find her high
every time you go away
the tears begin with a sigh.
