Death of a Soul
Thank you for your time
And all of the kindness
You've made me different
World's portrayed in a new light
My inner glow now shines
Through all my life
I've been believing lies
Not knowing what was truth
And staying on the sidelines
Wondering if it was worth it
Just to be killing myself
One day at a time
The death of a soul
Is worse than ever known
Nothing can compare
To the loss felt
That loss I took
Believing I was worthless
That life was pointless
That my life meant nothing
No matter what I did
To change it
I was never able to move on
From the past
And because of that
I still pay the price
Thank you for my life
For making me see the light
The light I cannot deny
Like I did the darkness all this time

There's always those few people out there in the world that are set aside just for you to make you believe in yourself and help you out when you need it the most...or maybe not when you need it the most, but when they are supposed to make you see what's really going on...see more clearly....

Very nice wee one and I am glad I popped back by to catch this. I can only hope that thru just a little bit of kindness I can make a difference and that I strive for everyday! Oh this touched my heart so much. It was honest, meaningful and the edges of pain gave it just the right feel.
With clarity I have realized recently how mortal we all are. Please don't waste your life. Live it.

aww u made me cry!wow what a great poem,i'm happy u see what u should have been seeing the hole time,its such a shame u didnt se it before,ur such a nice,sweethearted person,i'm also glad all them private messages u and i do back and forth got ya some where,but i still dont know y u wanna know about censor so much,anyways such a well done poem keep up the good work and kep up listening to those who care about ya...later sexy baby,LOL

SWEET POEM!!!! i was told that this was dedicated to me and a few others out there,well u know something it made me cry to actually know just how much 1 actually does listen to me,so i wanna thank u sooo much for taking the time and the consideration to listen to me and all those other ppl,i also want u to know that i'm always here if u wanna talk about something u and i r the same age so we'd have alot to talk about and we can help eachother out,later...keep up the good listening and poems
