the tears fall out of her eyes
she thinks their relationship is made up of lies.
these arent normal lies, with half truths
they're lies of who is kidding who.
how can either one be happy? with countless fights
getting angry, staying up late, to fix things thru the night
saying things she doesn't mean, she tries to take it back
it doesn't matter, he goes right at her, words hurting like a smack
after the fight
it seems alright
everything is fine again.
they sit n wait til someone sets off the bomb
the circle continues thru until it's all calm
it's a never ending loop that makes her have a fit.
sometimes i just wanna give up n quit.

| the cycle will never end. there is no point in taking this abuse over and over again only to reach one part of the cycle where things are different and then go through it again. you perfectly discribed the abuse cycle. |
