they all think that he's so happy
the way he smiles
the way he has so many friends
or so it seems
because deep inside he knows the truth
they don't care
if he wasn't pretty
if he wasn't cool
they don't know him
and he spends his days there
amid the hypocrisy
listening to them complain
about their lives
about ho much they think they hurt
and inside he's dying just to scream
that they don't even know what pain is
but he keeps it inside
and then goes home
to an emotionless father
and an unsuspecting mother
and he puts his things on the table
walks in the bathroom and shuts the door
grabs the razor
and hopes they feel it
