The earth
stopped spinning
My heart
stopped beating
All was quiet
no birds, rushing water, wind or rain
Day turned not to
night
Though stars
I did see
Brilliant colors spanned the horizon
as the heavens blushed
Alll the world's treasures
my bounty - so it seemed
Time closed its eyes
and all was serene
Nothing compares to the sweetness
of your breath
The whisper
from your lips
The sun and the moon pale
to your radiance
There is nothing more
save our love
