it seems to me
i'm spending my life
hoping for impossible things
things I can only dream of seeing again
things I miss about the past
and sometimes I can close my eyes
and feel the bitter chill of the winter wind
and see our laughing faces through the haze
....wonder why we can't have that again
your so far away
i can't reach you from here
and its slowly killing me
but I know
one day, i'll have to get over this
even though I don't want too
and get on with my life
like they want me too
