I sit waiting, staring
This moment will never end
still waiting, still staring
I know my heart may never mend

I'm standing now
looking all around
but still just waiting
for a new love found

This is me, all in one piece
but just like that my heart could break
whether you like it or not
here i am, for you to take

As i stand beside you
I feel something inside
I know you feel it too
The silence i can barely abide

It's your call
I'm just here to answer you
Still waiting patiently for this to end
for you to say i need you too
