Unspoken Truth

Unspoken But in truth You became something Words weren't meant for. In silence, The volume of your worth Is a tongue in time, In mine. And I loved you and do Still, still For the pure and the simple In your eyes, In your touch. You brought beauty And in an absence, Bring it yet Rich and rare To be followed Into the distance and miles between To strengthen a bond That cannot lend itself A phrase. And when it's been diminished I will run into your arms again And in The unspoken truth Tell you What only your heart can hear.

This poem resonates with love; beautiful.
I know how this feels. |
