My shimmering wings
No one can see
Moving fast through the air
Sounding like a bee
My sleek shiny body
With its multicolor
Suggests a lazy life
full of idleness and squander
But looks are deceiving
In this case it is true
I have to do more work
Than any normal creature has to do
Alighting on flowers
Purple orange and pink
Getting my fill to eat
Is much harder than you would think
I can only fly
Running is impossible
I cant even walk
And standing is awful
So I am a hard worker
Who is always on the fly
You see me as a beauty
But what am I?

Being as dense as I am, I can't figure out what this is. BUT! I do like the idea of the poem, and it's written beautifully.
