Im trying to take your hand
Im trying to show you I am going to change
Im walking down this rode hoping you well come
Im hoping your hand well take mine on this walk
Im hoping you can see that my words are true
I know they dont mean much now but give me a bit
Ill show you how it ought to be with you and me
Ill show you that the love is still there
Ill show you that my feelings are no longer blurry
I mine what Im saying
Im trying to show you that I mean no more pain
just smiles and laughter is all I want
so as days go by Ill show you that my words are true
that everything Im doing is for me and you
for the love that is still there
I know it may take time
then it well start to grow more and more
so I hope you can see that my word are not just word but more
for I want no more pain to come to us just smiles and laughter is all I want.

| I was told this one time that when we want to change just do it. The person who loves you with see it for themselves and then they will know you mean business. The only one who can change you is you. You are the power of example. And when your love sees you changing if your love was meant to be it will be. Then as you hold out your hand she or he will embrace it. Got alot from your poem. |
