We spoke last night
Every second was lovely
We could have talked for days
About anything and everything
And in an odd way about nothing at all
I have had that before
Just not as sweetly as with you
Now I cannot wait to do it again
Just to talk with you
It was funny how we went off topic
And it never felt like we had
I could do that with you
Everyday and never get tired of it
I always want to hear what you have to say
So when you read this you know
I will be all ears and eyes
And my attention is all yours
