I'm sorry about the pain I've caused you, my love
I nevere meant for it to go that far
And I'm sorry for the lies I've told you, sweetheart
I never thought three words could go that far
I hate the way I've hurt you, and the things I've said
And I realize that I can't make it up to you if I'm dead
But this hurt that sting my heart I wish to put to rest
Can't you hear the whistling as the wind pass through my chest?
I'm sorry that I woke you to appologize so soon
I knew that you were hurting, that there was no room
That forgiveness wouldn't be share, 'cause I didn't deserve
The love of the woman that I hurt
Though I know that you still love me, I hope you know the feeling's shared
But I plan to drink and pass-out, and to make things dair
Forget all of the memoires that I've made with you that day
You deserve someone who can make you happy again
And through it all I try to scream
To awaken from this hellish dream
I know that I can't set things right
So I'll end it tonight...
Well I know that even seeing me causes you pain
It brings back memories, like when we danced in the rain
And Now I'm trying to focus on making it up to you
But I messed up this bad, what can I say, what can I do?
And so through this song I send you my heart and best wishes
And hope that you forgive me for all of this, and
I hope that you know that What I said was the truth
That I meant every time when I said 'I love you'
Well, I'm sorry for running away from my problems
But I can't live this way, knowing I've fallen
From, your grace, your love, your smile, my place
I know is with you by my side, in with my space
And through it all, I can only cry
Knowing that I can only try
To hope to set things right
Or I'll end it tonight...
And I know that I'm all alone
I *********** things up, what have I done?
I hope that I can set things right
But I doubt it, I'll end it tonight
I'm sorry for the pain I've caused and that way I
Stole your heart, broke it, and made you cry...
I'm sorry I didn't stick around and try
To mend your heart, before I died...
