A soul fell astray
Never seems to find its way
Sadness overtakes their heart
Nothing but everything apart
Consequences are problems of not
Affirm for the lack of self worth
Never to see the sun
Never to feel the warmth
Listen now
And listen well
You know not
What one can tell
When life is a mess
When the world is a pit
Find a friend
And to them your feelings submit
Fear not if they are a friend
Fear thus if they are foe
Make sure they are real
And not false hope
When you have someone who cares
Someone who will listen
Confess
Learn lifes lesson
Find a true friend
And tell them everything
Because a burden is always better
When two people it is held between
Covet my words
And hold them to heart
Because a true friendship
Can never be broken apart
