He walks thru the night
Dancing on air
Looking for something
That he'll never find
He once knew her name
But it's never been the same
Since she walked away
Simply walked away
He dances at dawn
Doesn't sing anymore
He's got a feeling so deep in his soul
When he thinks of her face
He looses a trace
Of one more night of his life
And you know he wants to dance
One more dance
Oh with that lady
Spin her around
One more time
Before he goes crazy
He walks thru the streets
With his face hanging down
For all of his friends to see
People come up
Try to talk to him
He's been mute
Since the night she went free
And you know he wants to

Sometime in june
She wore a yellow dress
