Specially Blessed
When I reflect and think of this life so full of sin
I pray to God and ask him for his comfort from within
I ask him to mend my shattered heart with his tenderness and love
To please protect the sinners lives as though with a shielding glove
Suddenly, I hear a voice from no where asking, is this concern that I see?
Concern is a form of love, so share all of your love for me
But Lord the sinners, hurting everyone, I cant seem to forgive them so
How can one just ignore them? And forever let them go?
Once again, the voice said, son, Im with you every day
Please listen to these words carefully, what I have to say
Through you, My strong love and wonders we can share
For the sinners in your heart, concerned for them you really care
Your concern for them has made you who you are
Your forgiving heart and inner light will take you very far
Now when you feel weak and unforgiving thoughts enter your head
Ill always be right beside you to remind you what I said
The time is now to place your faith in me
You my child will be with me through eternity
Keep your faith in me and give your love to others and I will do the rest
You are one of my special children I have Specially Blessed!!!!!
