To Crystal, My True Only

Contributed by eyesxcriedxout1989 on Monday, 20th September 2004 @ 04:02:09 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

I need my voice to be heard
I got a story; unspoken words
I got a girl in Ohio
I'm in Missouri
Without her its misery
This has just got to work
Like a 63 year old Wal-Mart clerk
I've never seen my love
Yet I feel I've known her forever
Long distance relationships never work?
Bull(censored), I'll prove you all wrong
My friends, even my mom
I'm hopelessly romantic
I wear my heart on my sleeve
I'll get hurt four times
before I leave
This relationship alone
Is getting me through
Crystal, I'd do anything for you
I've never felt this way before
My heart knocking at my ribs
Like police at the door
My dearest, my true only
I love you so much
We are gonna make it
Like that Wal-Mart clerk
And like the police
We will bust down every obstacle
That stands in our way
Together we are strong
Withour you I was long
Forgotten, like all the 60's songs
You are so perfect
We are perfect, remember?
If I was to quote
My favorite song
My heart is in Ohio
And thats where I belong
