Brokenhearted

Contributed by Sirena_Degana on Monday, 20th September 2004 @ 08:50:12 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

I say this with a smile,
to prove to you that I'm not in denial.
Please forgive me for what I've done this time.
I always need you when your not mine.
I cared too much,
and pushed too hard.
I didn't want to let it get this far.
I'm sorry for what I said,
for making you who you are today.
I beg and plead for you to stay.
I love you dearly,
like a precious jewel.
Your in my heart forever....

Although I have not lost in death the one i still love --- i really feel this one--- so true in every way--why do we hole that one person in our heart for so long? why do we put ourself through it if he or she will not come back to us? its hard to love. thank you for this one poem it was really good.
